Well these are those pancakes. Hahaha. Things got crazy the night that I posted it and I randomly ended up doing a smoothie segment for the news so the pancakes got kicked to the curb. Low sugar and great for a sweet treat without the sugar.Also, I should note that you totally don’t have to use fairlife milk you can use chocolate almond milk and that will work just as great but you may need to add a little extra to keep a good consistency. 

Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Kodiak Cake Power Cakes Mix
  • 1/2 cup Fairlife Chocolate Milk Can substitute chocolate almond milk but add 2 extra tablespoons
  • 1/8 cup Chocolate chips Can omit if you want less sugar
  • 1 tbsp Justin's Peanut Butter

Instructions

  1. Combine Kodiak cake mix and milk and mix until combined

  2. Pour 1/4 cup of batter on preheated skillet over medium heat cook until bubbles form on top

  3. Add desired amount of chocolate chips to pancake and flip cook until all batter is cooked through

  4. Top with peanut butter and stuff your face!
